Union Membership

Click on to Form 1187 to obtain an application to join the Union.  Give it a minute to load into your Adobe Reader, then just fill in the blanks on line and print.  Use the "back arrow" on your browser to return to the Union's web page.  You can give your completed form to a Union Steward or mail to the Union Office at the address shown below.  You are able to determine the amount of dues deducted from each pay check by checking the NTEU Dues & Pay Chart for 2009.
