Negotiated
Agreements -
IRS - N.T.E.U. National
Agreement 2009.
Patricia Kelley is working with the
Incident Command Team for recovery of employees affected by the Echelon
incident.
Delma J. Soriano
will resume her duties as steward representing Austin's LMSB and
International Examination employees.
Barbara Haden was appointed as a new
steward and she will represent SBSE Examination employees in San
Antonio.

Legislative &
Political News - NEW ways to keep you informed of what Congress is working on.
See what bills are in Congress, which bills will affect your job and
family. Type in your zip code and write letters to your
representatives.
The TEPAC and Political pages should
not be opened if you are using a government computer.
National
Office - the new National Constitution and By laws
are available for your viewing, as well as the local chapter by laws.
Union
Membership -
provides you the opportunity to join the NTEU by completing a
Form 1187
on line, printing it, then give it to a steward. You can determine the
bi-weekly dues amount by reviewing the dues
withholding chart for 2009. If you wonder why you
should join NTEU, there is a new page with just a few reasons showing
how we are working for you.
Laws and
Regulations - has several new
links to web sites which can help you with your research. Now more links
for you to visit. We now have the IRS Code of Conduct Handbook on the
web page and a copy of the infamous RRA 98 Section 1203.
